How to modify my order?
To modify your order, please send your request via email to office@personalisedcorner.com.au with the following details:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the changes you would like to make.
Important Notes
- You can modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will be locked for processing and cannot be adjusted.
- In some cases, an additional fee may apply to update your order.
We’ll confirm once your modification has been processed. You can find additional information on the Refund and Replacement.
How do I cancel my order?
We're sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please send us your request to email office@personalisedcorner.com.au, including your order number. If possible, we’d appreciate knowing the reason for your cancellation, as we’re always striving to improve and ensure customer satisfaction.
NOTE: Your order can only be canceled within 2 hours after it is placed. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
Do you accept personal customized requests?
If you want a design that is not available on our website, please send an email to office@personalisedcorner.com.au with your detailed requirements. We will do our best to satisfy you.
When will I receive my order?
At Personalised Corner, all items are custom-made to order and require 2-5 business days (depending on the product) for processing before being shipped. For detailed information on production and delivery times, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page.
How can I track my order?
Your order tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order is shipped, including a link to monitor its status. Please note that the tracking system may be delayed by a few days compared to the actual status. If you notice anything unusual, please email us at office@personalisedcorner.com.au.
What is the process for returning an order?
Regrettably, a return is not covered under our Replacement and Refund Policy.
We provide a replacement or refund if the item you received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Therefore, feel free to get in touch with us so that we can address the issue as swiftly as possible within 45 days from the date you received your package.
