Refund and Replacement

At Personalised Corner, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, please email us at office@personalisedcorner.com.au, and we’ll make it right. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, your order will be locked for processing and cannot be changed or canceled.


How to change or cancel your order?

Send us an email with your order number and a description of your modification request to office@personalisedcorner.com.au. We’ll confirm once your request is processed.
Modification requests are typically handled immediately, except during peak holiday seasons.


REPLACEMENT & REFUND

We take full responsibility for your order for 45 days after delivery. You may request a full refund or free replacement in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The product does not match the description in your Order Confirmation email.
  • The package is lost or cannot be delivered despite an accurate address.

 

We follow a "No need to return" policy to save you time and effort. You do not need to return the item; you may keep it at your discretion.

 

How to request a refund or replacement?

Simply provide detailed information and photos of the items you received via email to office@personalisedcorner.com.au, and we’ll resolve your issue promptly.


NO REFUND

We understand your frustration, but we cannot honor refund requests in the following situations:

  • Refund requests made after 45 days from the delivery date.
  • Personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer wanting the item (decided during shipping or after delivery).
  • Products damaged due to improper use.


EXCHANGE

Since all our products are made to order, exchanges for a different size or design require you to cover the resend fee, which varies depending on the product(s) purchased.
