Personalised Corner is an Australian business, so we prioritize the fastest shipping methods for our customers in Australia. However, we also ship worldwide.
During peak holidays - such as Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas - delivery may take a few extra days.

Important Notes:
- The shipping times listed apply to the Standard Shipping Method only.
- Most orders will arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to issues like incorrect shipping details, customs processing, or other unexpected circumstances.
- For express shipping requests, please contact us at office@personalisedcorner.com.au.
- Large items (e.g., canvases and posters) cannot be shipped to PO boxes, combined with other items, or may incur an additional oversized item fee.
- A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is packed.
- If delivery fails for any reason, we’ll email you instructions to collect your package.
ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey. Allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking details aren’t visible yet, it means the carrier hasn’t processed your parcel. Updates will appear once it’s scanned.
